This policy covers version 0.22.11 of Rivunox, developed by SeTRoX Studio.

Game data

Rivunox is an offline, single-player game. This version has no user accounts, ads, in-app payments or analytics that send data to the developer.

Unlocked levels, resume information (including bird encounter timing and positions), level records, medals, local save backup, and audio, display and control preferences are stored in the app storage on your device. When the code-protected test panel is used, selected levels and test flights can affect the same local saves. The access code is not sent to a server. This data is used for game functions and is not sent to the developer. Clearing app data from device settings removes these local saves. Operating-system backup settings may also apply.

Support correspondence

When you contact us by email, your email address and message are used to respond to your request. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information. Questions and deletion requests concerning your support correspondence can be sent to the same address.

rivunox.com is an information and support website served over HTTPS. The site has no user accounts, ads, analytics code or contact form. The email link opens your own email application.

The website is served through Cloudflare and the server provider. These services may process technical connection data such as IP address, request time, requested page and browser information for connection security and operation. This does not mean the offline game sends data to the developer.

Emails sent to [email protected] are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to the developer’s Gmail inbox. Your email address, message and voluntarily supplied attachments are used to respond to your support request. Support correspondence is retained for as long as needed to resolve the request. You may request deletion of your correspondence at the same address; any legal retention obligations also apply.

Other services and changes

The app store, operating system and email provider have their own privacy policies for their services. This policy will be updated if a new feature that processes data is added to the game.
